PhysioTru Review

What people with ADD need to understand,PhysioTru Review is that there is a way to counteract the symptoms, there are ways of letting you live a "normal" life, there IS hope. It's not always easy, it does take an insurmountable amount of discipline and effort, but it is indeed possible. Some of the ways to fight the fight are: getting enough SLEEP. Highly important. Really, is there one person on this earth who can function with minimal sleep Diet. Eating low fat protein with lots of veggies and whole grains make such a difference! You wont suffer from "food coma" either! Make sure you drink a ton of water, and very much regulate your sugar and alcohol intake. Those are indeed two major culprits for the big bad ADD symptoms. Exercise, get running! Do jumping jacks! Walk fast! Pick up some weights or do some sit ups while watching TV, or waiting for that water to boil for your pasta! My point is, it doesn't have to be fancy or elaborate. You don't have to join any fancy gyms, or any gyms at all. Just move. I know if we start thinking too much, or over complicating things we will never do them, so that is why I tried to find some ways in incorporating exercise that I didn't find boring or repetitious.I cannot emphasize the importance of social contact, as well. ADD can make you feel isolated, lonely and depressed. If you are alone for long periods of time, you start to feel those ways even more. So, get out there. Join something, volunteer. Make an effort to reach out, no matter how unnatural it may feel. You will feel much better and brighter. You wont feel as much of an "outcast" and it might make you forget all the "troubles" that ADD can make you THINK you have. Now, just like with everything else in life, there are no two people who feel exactly the same with ADD. Everyone is on a different path. Everyone has a different background. We have ADD that affects us differently. We need to listen to our bodies and our minds. We need to do what is good for us in that moment. Above all, we need to love ourselves and be patient with ourselves. Life is a wonderful journey that we cannot take for granted. That is why we have to take control of our ADD, not let it take control, and make it work FOR us!
