It is the center for emotion, love and compassion. This is a soft green orb over your heart. The throat is a blue sphere located at your throat. This is the center for communication and creative expression.The next of the 7 chakras is the third eye, it is located at your forehead and is an indigo orb of energy. This is the center for psychic development and higher intuition. The last of the 7 chakras is the crown, it is located about two inches above your head and is seen as a bright purple sphere. This is the chakra of the higher self, wisdom and spirituality. Each of the 7 chakras is absolutely important. Once you have each of them identified, imagine them intensifying and joining and melding all through your body. If you have a specific pain, find the closest chakra and focus the mental image at the painful spot on your body.Once you have identified each of the 7 chakras, imagine a golden ray starting from the top and going to the root chakra. Imagine a similar silver ray going the opposite way. Now, take each ray and loop it in itself, encircling the body and connecting each of the 7 chakras to each other. As the loops connect, imagine the two circles joining and creating and infinite symbol over your body. This visual will allow the 7 chakras to work together and your body to cleanse itself. Follow this simple exercise each day and your 7 chakras will always be in balance.
